Ken Foxton | Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Vetegrity, Ken provides the company's strategic direction. He oversees corporate development, operations, programs, and human capital.
With over 30 years of IC/DoD/Federal service holding numerous leadership positions, Ken brings a depth of experience in Information Technology, Cyber and Intel Analysis. He serves on the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Council for Annual Giving and is a Life member of the USNA Alumni Association. He is also a member of AFCEA's Central Maryland Chapter, INSA, and Naval Intelligence Professionals.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Chapman University.
He and his wife Julie reside in Annapolis, Maryland and enjoy traveling the world to visit their 3 children, who are serving or have served in the US Navy and Marine Corps.

Mark Feffer | Founder/President
Mark Feffer is the Founder of Vetegrity, and serves as its President. Mark provides technical guidance and leadership based on years of Government contracting experience, and leads Vetegrity's new business development strategy and execution.
Mark has been involved in Federal Government professional services and operations for more than 25 years, after serving in engineering on a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, and leaving the Naval service in 1991 after Operation Desert Storm. After a later deployment to Afghanistan with the Navy Reserves in 2006, Mark felt the time was right to start his own firm to deliver world-class solutions to the Federal Government, cost effectively and with the highest level of integrity.
Education and Certifications
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Mark attended the Entrepreneurial Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities at the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University (2007) and was also a member of the inaugural class of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Veteran Institute of Procurement (VIP) program in 2009.
Mark lives in Annapolis with his wife Alice and their dogs, where they all enjoy a wide variety of outdoor and on-the-water activities.
